Go to the corresponding ADMIN item in the sidebar menu, all notifications will be listed here:
The list includes both sent and deleted notifications. You can:
Send notifications in one or several languages;
Send notifications immediately or schedule them;
Send notifications to dedicated groups of users using the filter function; and
Send a link in a notification for it to open in a browser.
Click New Message button and fill in the details in a pop-up window:
