Adding Attendees

Go to the corresponding APP MENU item in sidebar menu:

You can add attendees manually or by exporting an .xlsx spreadsheet. To add manually, use Add attendee button and fill in info in the section on the right:


Note: Attendees list includes both participants of the event and speakers.

To export attendees, use Load list button and follow the instructions on the screen:


  1. Fill in the template with attendees’ details. Three fields are required:

    1. First name

    2. Last name

    3. Email or phone number

It is also recommended to fill the ExternalID field which is not required but simplifies updating the list with new details.

If you wish to upload photos as well, insert image names including file type (.jpg/.png) in the Photo field. Pack those photo files into a ZIP-archive.
